As Principal and CEO, Rick Swegan leads the effort to identify opportunities to match client needs with the talents of our specialized partners.
Utilizing his thirty years of experience, Rick partners with executives and leadership teams to understand their organization’s vision for the future; assesses the needs of the organization; and provides a plan to meet those needs. Rick also leads or delivers many of our assessment or development center projects.
Rick leads the ARCHPerformance effort in consulting and program design in ethical leadership.
Principal and COO, Dr. Debra A. Dinnocenzo, manages the operational issues associated with client delivery. Additionally, Debra has extensive experience in both training and hybrid/remote leadership. She leads our training efforts whether on-site or virtually. Debra has experience as a marketing executive, sales manager, and entrepreneur, in addition to superb attention to detail and project planning skills.
